1. Overview

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights when purchasing products from Arkians Collectibles, including the statutory right of withdrawal, returns, refunds, cancellations and your rights where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by Greek or European Union law.

2. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing an eligible product through our online store, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

If multiple goods from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins from the day on which the last relevant item is received where required by applicable law.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal before the goods have been dispatched or delivered, provided that the statutory right of withdrawal applies to the product.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly of your decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

You do not need to give a reason for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

4. Withdraw From Contract

Use the form below to notify Arkians Collectibles that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

5. Returning the Goods

After notifying us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.

We recommend keeping proof of postage or shipment until your return and refund have been completed.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Where you exercise the statutory right of withdrawal because you have simply changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

This does not apply where we have expressly agreed to bear the cost or where applicable law requires us to do so.

If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the contract, return costs will be handled in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

7. Condition of Returned Products

You may inspect a product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way that you would normally be able to inspect it in a physical shop.

You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the product caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

Where reasonably possible, please return the product securely packaged together with any accessories or items supplied with it.

The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove a statutory right of withdrawal, although damage or reduction in value caused by unnecessary handling may be taken into account where permitted by law.

8. Refunds After Withdrawal

Where you validly exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you in relation to the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for that order.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost does not have to be refunded.

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

9. Refund Method

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed and this does not result in additional costs for you.

Where payment was made through Stripe, the refund will normally be initiated through the relevant Stripe transaction.

After a refund has been issued, the time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on Stripe, your card issuer or financial institution.

11. Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an eligible standard order before it has been dispatched, please notify us as soon as possible.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, your rights are not lost merely because the goods have not yet been delivered.

12. Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the damage.

Please provide your order number and, where reasonably necessary to assess the issue, photographs showing the product, packaging and damage.

We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law.

13. Incorrect Products

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us and provide your order number and details of the item received.

Where we have supplied the wrong product, we will arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law and you will not be required to bear return costs that legally belong to us.

14. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

The 14-day right of withdrawal is separate from your legal rights where goods are defective or do not conform to the sales contract.

If a product is defective, materially different from its description, does not possess the agreed characteristics or otherwise fails to conform to the contract, you may be entitled to the remedies provided by applicable consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, these remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy limits those statutory rights.

15. Collectible Items

Certain products sold by Arkians Collectibles may be collectible items with individual characteristics.

Characteristics that are clearly described, photographed or disclosed before purchase, such as ordinary signs of age, circulation, manufacture or previous handling, do not by themselves mean that a product is defective.

However, this does not exclude your rights if the product received does not match its description or otherwise fails to conform to the sales contract.

16. Exchanges

We do not treat exchanges as a substitute for your statutory rights.

Where you wish to exchange an eligible non-personalised product because you have changed your mind, please contact us. Depending on availability, we may arrange an exchange or process the return and allow you to place a new order.

Where a product is defective, damaged or incorrect, your statutory remedies apply independently.

17. Refused or Uncollected Deliveries

Simply refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not necessarily provide us with all information needed to identify your decision to withdraw.

If you wish to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, please notify us clearly using the withdrawal function or another clear statement.

Any treatment of delivery or return costs will remain subject to applicable consumer law.
