These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Arkians Collectibles website and purchases made through our online store.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm that the information you provide during the ordering process is accurate and complete.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Products

Arkians Collectibles offers collectible products, including collectible coins and other products displayed on the website.

Certain products may be printed, colourised, decorated or otherwise modified as described on the relevant product page.

We aim to display product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, condition and other relevant characteristics as accurately as reasonably possible.

Due to differences in screens, lighting, photography, printing processes and the individual characteristics of collectible items, colours and small visual details may differ slightly from what appears on your device.

Where a product is an individual collectible item, minor signs of age, circulation, manufacture or previous handling may exist where clearly disclosed or visible in the product description or photographs.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Because some collectible products may be available in limited quantities or as individual pieces, an item may become unavailable even after it has appeared on the website.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you and refund any amount already paid for the unavailable item.

5. Prices

Product prices are displayed in euros (€).

Prices include any taxes that are required to be included in the consumer price under applicable law, where applicable.

Delivery charges and any other applicable charges are shown separately before you complete your order.

The total amount payable will be displayed before payment is submitted.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.

6. Orders

To place an order, you must select the products you wish to purchase, provide the information required for the order and delivery, review the total price and complete payment.

Before submitting an order, you are responsible for checking the products, quantities, delivery information and other details entered during checkout.

An order is considered successfully placed when the payment process has been completed successfully and the order has been recorded by our system.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including:

• The product is unavailable.
• A clear pricing or product information error has occurred.
• Payment cannot be confirmed.
• We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
• We are legally unable to fulfil the order.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has already been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.

7. Payment Methods

Payments through the Arkians Collectibles website are currently accepted by card through Stripe Checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Card information is entered directly into Stripe's secure payment environment.

Arkians Collectibles does not receive or store your full card number or card security code (CVV/CVC).

Stripe may carry out security, authentication and fraud prevention checks before approving a transaction.

If payment is declined or cannot be completed, the order will not be processed until valid payment has been successfully received.

8. Shipping

Orders are shipped using ELTA Courier or another delivery service where this is necessary or agreed with the customer.

We currently intend to offer delivery within Greece and to supported destinations within the European Union, subject to the delivery options available during checkout.

Available shipping methods and shipping charges will be displayed before the order is completed.

The estimated delivery period for standard orders is approximately 3–10 business days, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page, during checkout or agreed with the customer.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery deadline has expressly been agreed.

9. Delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If a delivery problem occurs, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment with the relevant delivery provider.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law concerning delivery.

10. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing eligible goods online generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.

Where the customer exercises the statutory right of withdrawal for an eligible product, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless applicable law requires otherwise or we have agreed to bear that cost.

11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Your statutory consumer rights regarding goods that are defective, damaged, incorrect or do not conform to the contract are not limited by these Terms.

If you believe that you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide the information necessary for us to investigate the issue.

Where the law entitles you to a remedy, the appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

12. Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is expressly agreed and permitted by law.

Refund processing times may also depend on Stripe, your card issuer or your financial institution.

13. User Accounts

Certain website features may allow or require you to create an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for taking reasonable steps to protect your account credentials and access to your account.

Unless otherwise stated, the website's original design, branding, graphics, product presentation, written content and other original materials belonging to Arkians Collectibles are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We are not responsible for losses caused exclusively by circumstances outside our reasonable control where and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We are also not responsible for temporary website interruptions, third-party service outages or technical issues that are outside our reasonable control, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

18. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

There may be circumstances outside our reasonable control that temporarily delay or prevent performance of an order, such as significant courier disruption, infrastructure failures, natural events or other exceptional circumstances.

Where this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and will communicate with affected customers where appropriate.

Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

19. Legal Capacity

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity required to enter into the purchase contract.

Where a purchaser does not have full legal capacity under applicable law, the involvement or consent of a parent, guardian or other legally authorised person may be required.

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our business, website, services or applicable legal requirements.

The Terms applicable to an order are those in force when that order is placed, except where a change is required by law.
